Overview

EW-CPE601 is a compact 2.4GHz point-to-point wireless bridge for elevator and short-range outdoor surveillance. Its dual-polarized 8dBi directional antenna, 24V passive PoE or 12V DC input and IP65 enclosure support links up to 500m in open conditions.

Wireless link planning

The 500m figure applies to open-area conditions. Actual range and throughput depend on mounting height, alignment, interference, channel use and local regulations. The directional antenna has 90° horizontal and vertical beamwidth.

Pairing and management

One-Key Connection supports quick PtP pairing. Web management provides bridge, interface and system status, wireless channel/bandwidth/TX power, encryption and static or DHCP network settings.

Power and cabling

The unit accepts 24V passive PoE at 0.5A or 12V DC at 1A. The datasheet specifies PoE transmission up to 70m depending on cable quality; use correctly rated power equipment.

Environmental installation

IP65 outdoor enclosure with wall and pole mounting. Operating humidity: 5–90%, non-condensing. Storage: −40°C to +70°C and 5–95% RH, non-condensing. Long-press the reset/digital button for at least 5 seconds to restore factory settings.
