Overview

EW-CPE602 is an outdoor 2.4GHz wireless bridge for point-to-point elevator surveillance and short-range outdoor links. Its dual-polarized 10dBi directional antenna, 24V passive PoE or 12V DC input and IP65 enclosure support cable-free connections up to 1km in open conditions.

Wireless link planning

The 1km figure applies to open-area conditions. Actual range and throughput depend on mounting height, alignment, interference, channel use and local regulations. The directional antenna has 90° horizontal and vertical beamwidth.

Pairing and management

One-Key Connection supports quick PtP pairing. Web management provides bridge, interface and system status, wireless channel/bandwidth/TX power, encryption and static or DHCP network settings.

Power and cabling

The unit accepts 24V passive PoE at 0.5A or 12V DC at 1A. The datasheet specifies PoE transmission up to 70m depending on cable quality; use the supplied or correctly rated power equipment.

Environmental installation

IP65 outdoor enclosure with wall and pole mounting. Operating humidity: 5–90%, non-condensing. Storage: −40°C to +70°C and 5–95% RH, non-condensing. Reset/digital button restores factory settings after a long press of at least 5 seconds.
