Overview

EW-S3912GM-AP provides eight Gigabit IEEE 802.3af/at PoE ports and four 1/2.5/10G SFP+ uplinks. L2+ management combines VLANs, QoS, access control, ring redundancy and scheduled PoE, with a built-in 120W supply for the AP model.

Four 10G uplinks

SFP+ slots support 1G, 2.5G and 10G optical connections with separately ordered modules.

Managed PoE

Set per-port power allocation, priorities, startup delays and on/off schedules.

Network segmentation

VLANs, access controls and redundant link protocols support managed access networks.

VLAN, routing and multicast

Supports IEEE 802.1Q, port/protocol VLANs, Access/Trunk/Hybrid modes and QinQ. IPv4/IPv6 management with software-based static/default routing. IGMP and MLD snooping, multicast VLAN and port mirroring.

Link redundancy and aggregation

Supports STP, RSTP, MSTP, G.8032 ERPS, LACP and static link aggregation.

QoS and access security

Eight output queues per port; 802.1p/DSCP classification and SP/WRR scheduling. L2–L4 ACLs, 802.1X, AAA/RADIUS, port isolation and IP/MAC/VLAN/port binding.

PoE and power variants

Configure total and per-port power limits, output priority, delayed startup and scheduled operation. EW-S3912GM-AP uses the 120W supply; the separately specified EW-S3912GM-AP-AT version uses 250W. Non-PoE endpoints need separate power.

HTTPS Web management, SSH CLI and SNMP v1/v2c/v3. DHCP client/server/relay/snooping, NTP, system logs, LLDP, cable diagnostics and a factory-reset button.
