Overview

EW-PIS3628M-24GE is a high-density industrial PoE switch with twenty-four Gigabit PoE ports and four 100/1000Mbps SFP uplinks. L2+ management, 196Gbps switching, redundant 48–57VDC input and IP40 rail installation support large industrial surveillance and control networks.

Twenty-four Gigabit PoE outputs

Ports 1–24 support AF/AT intelligent recognition with 15.4W standard power and up to 30W per port.

Four fiber uplinks

Four 100/1000Mbps SFP slots connect distributed industrial segments over fiber.

L2+ industrial control

VLAN, RSTP, fast loop, aggregation, IGMP snooping, mirroring and storm suppression support resilient networks.

Layer 2 controls

The source lists port-based and 802.1Q VLAN, RSTP, fast loop networking, static aggregation, unrestricted multi-to-one mirroring, loop guard, IGMP snooping and storm suppression.

PoE planning

Each port is rated up to 30W. Keep the aggregate endpoint load within the installed 48–57V supply and verify the power budget before commissioning all 24 ports.

Fiber planning

The four SFP slots support 100/1000Mbps modules. Select compatible single-mode or multimode modules and fiber reach for the site.

Operations and maintenance

Web management and the RS232 console support DHCP client, configuration/profile upload and download, package upgrade, factory restore and system logging.
