Overview

EW-S1932CGU-AP connects 24 Gigabit PoE endpoints with four Gigabit RJ45/SFP combo uplinks. Its 400W built-in power supply and independent DIP switches support grouped link extension, isolation and PoE watchdog operation without a power restart.

Combo uplinks

Each combo uplink uses either its copper connector or its SFP slot as one logical connection. The four uplinks are not eight simultaneously active ports. Optical modules are ordered separately.

DIP-switch functions

Switches 1–3 enable up to 300m at 10Mbps for port groups 1–8, 9–16 and 17–24 respectively. V enables port isolation and D enables PoE watchdog. Other links retain normal rates within 100m; port priority is enabled by default.

PoE and forwarding

IEEE 802.3af/at on ports 1–24 with default pins 1/2 (+), 3/6 (−). Per-port power is constrained by the shared 400W supply. Store-and-forward switching and automatic speed negotiation with MDI/MDIX.
