Overview

EW-PIS3712M-8GE combines eight Gigabit IEEE 802.3af/at PoE ports with four 100/1000Mbps SFP uplinks. L2+ management, ERPS ring support and redundant 48–57V DC inputs provide managed connectivity for industrial camera and control networks.

VLAN and routing

4094 VLANs; Access, Trunk and Hybrid ports; port-, VLAN- and flow-based QinQ. Static IPv4 and blackhole routing; static/dynamic ARP and proxy ARP.

Redundancy and multicast

Static aggregation and LACP, STP/RSTP/MSTP and G.8032 ERPS single/multiple rings. IGMP snooping v1/v2/v3 and N:1 port mirroring.

QoS and security

Eight queues per port with SP/WRR scheduling, ingress/egress rate limits and policy QoS. IP/MAC ACLs, port/MAC 802.1X authentication, RADIUS and DHCP snooping.

Management and optical selection

Web management, SNMP v2c, console, Telnet, TFTP firmware upgrade and syslog. SFP modules are purchased separately; select fiber type and link distance for the deployment.

Select the external supply for the combined PoE load and switch consumption. Operating humidity: 5–90% RH; storage: −40 to +125°C and 5–95% RH, non-condensing. Net/gross weight: <1.3kg / <1.5kg.

Protection and hardware
